Each Standard ticket grants admission to one person only, and each Parent & Child Ticket grants one parent and one child access only.
- Minors under 16 must be accompanied by parent (mom or dad) with a valid Parent & Child ticket.
Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, time, and venue indicated.
Tickets may be digital and must be presented for entry.
3.2 Refunds and Cancellations
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by law. See Refund Policy.
If an event is cancelled, refund or rescheduling options will be communicated to ticket holders.
3.3 Transfer and Resale
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold without prior written permission.
Unauthorized resale or duplication may result in ticket invalidation without refund.
