🚇 Metro: Take Line D (direction De Akkers) or Line E (direction Slinge) and exit at Leuvehaven.
Both the tram and metro stations are just a short walk from Rotterdam Central Station and will take you directly to the hotel area.
🚗 By Car: Several parking options are available near the hotel.

Ticket Purchase and Admission : Each ticket grants admission for one individual only. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.Reselling or transferring tickets is strictly prohibited. Lost tickets will not be reissued. A valid ticket and government-issued ID are required for entry. The name on the ID must match the name on the ticket.

Age Restrictions : Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Tickets purchased by participants under 16 who do not have a parent accompanying them will not be refunded. We kindly ask for adherence to these warnings. All attendees, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket.

Conduct and Behavior : All attendees are expected to behave respectfully. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals deemed unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.

Health and Safety : The event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove attendees exhibiting symptoms of illness to protect other guests. It is prohibited to bring flammable, explosive items such as deodorants, sprays, perfumes, or any sharp, piercing objects, as well as laser pointers, into the event area. Bringing pets to the event is prohibited.

Liability Waiver : By attending the event, you acknowledge and assume all risks related to attending the event, including potential injury, loss, or damage. The event organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the event. Please note that you are responsible for your belongings at the event venue.

Event Changes and Cancellations : The event organizers reserve the right to change the event details, including the date, time, and location, in cases of unforeseen circumstances. If the event is canceled, refunds may be provided at the discretion of the event organizers. The organization company reserves the right to modify ticket prices.

Media Release : By attending, you grant permission for any photos, videos, or recordings taken during the event to be used by the event organizers for promotional purposes.

Governing Law : These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Norway and any disputes arising shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Norway.
